Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the 200 and 300-hour courses?
Level 1 = 200 hour YTT
Level 2 = 300 hour YTT

The 200-hour course is a foundational program, where you’ll learn the essentials of postures, anatomy, yoga philosophy, and teaching. After its completion, you’ll be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance® as an RYT200, giving you a globally recognized accreditation.
The 300-hour yoga teacher training assumes you already possess a solid understanding of postures, discipline, a high level of curiosity, and a desire to learn.
200 vs 300 vs 500-hour yoga teacher training
Our 200-hour programme, combined with our 300-hour programme, equals a total of 500 hours of training. You can enrol in a 200-hour and 300-hour course consecutively, or space your instruction out across months or years. Consistency and depth are provided by completing all of your training hours with the same school.
Do I need to do the 200 hour before the 300 hour?
Since our 300Hr comprises different modules which can be studied altogether or independently, you can enrol in a 300-hour yoga teacher programme without first having completed a 200-hour course if you are an advanced student wishing to deepen your practice and understanding but don't wish to register with Yoga Alliance® right away for 500hrs. Please keep in mind that the 300-hour yoga teacher training is a more advanced programme and most students will have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training or have some prior yoga practice or teaching experience. In general, we recommend completing your 200 YTT first, followed by your 300 YTT.
