Warm-up exercises, Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation with variations (Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Theme based Vinyasa Flow)
Asana practice presenting various forms of Vinyasa, including Ashtanga and Hatha Flow
Traditional Hatha & Hatha Flow
Vinyasa: general sessions & thematic sessions: e.g. Happy Hips, Root to Rise, Heart opening, Elemental Flow, Chakra journey, Re-balancing Flow, etc.
Gentle restorative and yin yoga to counterbalance strong Vinyasa practice
Careful transitioning between asanas (postures)
Modifications for beginners and students with injuries (multi-level modifications)
